- Return Window: You have 3 days to return an item from the date it was delivered.

- Return Shipping: As we handle the delivery, we will arrange for the pickup of the item. Please note that a transportation fee will be charged for this service.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer replacements. Please contact us immediately at support@beolov.store, and we will arrange for a replacement after inspecting the returned item to determine the cause of the defect or damage.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and store credit will be applied within 7 to 14 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@beolov.store. Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items are possible given the refund criteria are met.
