Important information
Directions
1. Take an 18-inch piece of floss and wind it around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches between your hands. 2. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers. 3. Guide the floss between your teeth using a gentle rubbing motion. 4. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C shape against one tooth. 5. Gently slide it into the space between the gum and tooth. 6. Move the floss up and down along the side of the tooth, making sure you reach below the gum line and between the tooth and gum. 7. Repeat this process with the adjacent tooth, and then unwind a new section of floss.
