What is the max AC output of Anker SOLIX F3800?
The AC output ports can deliver a maximum of 6,000W to connected devices.
Can I use Anker SOLIX BP3800 Expansion Battery separately?
The expansion battery cannot be used separately. It must be connected to the power station to charge or discharge and to monitor its status via the Anker app.
When charging a device, will the power in the external battery be used first?
Both the expansion battery and Anker SOLIX F3800 will gradually equalize their power levels. When outputting power, a balanced discharge is achieved based on both devices’ power levels. This setup is designed to maximize product lifespan.
How should I store and maintain the power station and expansion battery?
1. Turn off all outputs.
2. Store them in a cool and dry place.
3. Ensure the temperature is between 32°F-104°F (0°C-40°C).
4. Check the batteries each week. If it’s below 30%, fully charge.
5. Charge both devices to 100% every 3 months.
What should I do if I bought a bundle, but only received one product?
